Groups and Classes

Toddler
A 30-minute class for children who are 2.5-3. It introduces musicality and movement. Basic dance terminology and application. Program based on gaining motor skills, coordination, and confidence!

Pre-Kinder
A 45-minute class for children who are starting JK next year. We explore musicality, levels, and changing movements and tempos. Introduces rudimentary ballet, tap, jazz, and acro skills. Developing proprioception, coordination and independence.

Kinder
A 60-minute class for children in Kindergarten. A well-rounded program exploring explosive vs slow movements. Children have the opportunity to investigate a spectrum of dance and find the genres they love. Perfect for beginner or returning dancers.

Mini
Mini dancers are children in Grade 1 and have the option of dancing once to twice a week in dedicated classes in ballet, tap, jazz, and acro! With each day being a max of 75 minutes, this is the perfect path for mini dancers to explore dance!
Mini classes are also an option for SK students who want to dance more than once a week, and have some prior dance experience. -
Petite
our Petite program is a continuation of the same classes offered in Mini, with a bit more for students in grades 2 and 3! Classes are extended slightly; Petite dancers have the option of dancing 1 or 2 times a week, for no more than 90 minutes, in classes dedicated to ballet, tap, jazz, or acro!
Grade 3 students not wanting to move on to Junior are also welcome in Petite! -
Junior
Junior dancers are in Grade 3 or 4, and have the option of taking Ballet, Acro, or Jazz&Lyrical. Each Junior class is 60 minutes, with Ballet occurring on a different day than Jazz&Lyrical and Acro.
Junior is happy to have Grade 5 students with dancing friends in Grade 3 or 4! -
Pre-Teen
Pre-Teen dance is for Students in grades 5, 6, and 7! Pre-Teen dancers have the option of taking ballet, acro, or jazz&lyrical, each a 60-minute class, occurring weeknights! Dance with friends in Pre-Teen!

Adults
Our class “Dance Conditioning for Dance Moms (and other interested beginners)” is a great way to have a common interest with your young dancer, learn about their thing, and get a workout in too! Using dancer training exercises to build core strength and coordination, this is a fun new way to stay active!
